It’s Almost “Janie” Season!

Disaster Relief ministry is substantially supported by the Janie Chapman Offering for State Missions. Various other ministries depend on the offering also. Please pray for mission efforts in SC and give to the Janie Chapman Offering to support these efforts!

The Season of Prayer for State Missions this year is Sept. 13-20, 2020.

Connie Maxwell Children’s Home
Railcar loading for the annual Thanksgiving shipment to Connie Maxwell Children’s Home of farm produce and other provisions will be made in Loris in front of Graham Brothers on November 3rd & 4th, 1992. Most urgent need this year is corn, hay, and livestock feed. Also needed are commercial canned fruits and vegetables. If you send sweet potatoes, please pack in baskets or crates. There is also a need for good clean clothes for children of all ages.

Part-Time Secretary—looking to fill this vacancy with a person outside of their congregation so as to avoid any conflicts of interest for the employee and church congregation. Candidate must possess strong Christian values and beliefs.

Hours are Tuesday-Friday, 9a.m.–12 p.m.

Objectives: Provide administrative support to the pastor, be a self-starter, works well with limited supervision and takes initiative to support operations of the church in its role and mission in the community. Additional qualifications:

· Strong word processing skills

· Excellent communication/organization skills

· Competent with office equipment, printers’ computers, copiers, etc.

· Ability to effectively perform a range of office-related duties.

The Matthew 25 Center at Tabor City

Seeking to fill the position of Center Administrator.

The position requires the applicant to maintain a permanent residence at the Center to provide assistance to approved families and friends

who make application to lodge at the Center while

visiting inmate at the area correctional institutions.

We provide overnight housing to family members of inmates incarcerated locally in order to facilitate visitation. In the vast majority of cases we provide a single night’s stay at our facility, however persons who travel great distances may be provided two night’s stay.
